How do I place a custom order?
Choose your desired custom product, upload your design or inspiration photo, select your options, and complete checkout. We'll contact you if additional details are needed.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend:
- PNG (preferred)
- JPEG
- SVG
For best print quality:
✔ 300 DPI
✔ Transparent background preferred for DTF designs
Can I use my own logo or design?
Yes! You may upload your own logo, business branding, artwork, or inspiration image for custom products.

Do you offer design help?
Yes! Minor adjustments may be included. More advanced edits or full custom designs may require an additional design fee.
Will my colors print exactly as shown?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, fabric material, printing method, and monitor brightness.

What materials work with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work on:

Are your embroidery items stitched in-house?
Yes! Embroidery items are professionally stitched with care for a clean, long-lasting finish.

What is your processing time?
Most custom orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing may vary during holidays, sales, or large custom orders.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on schedule availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States.

Are your books physical or digital?
Unless otherwise stated, all books are physical printed products.
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Do you accept returns on custom items?
Because custom items are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
